The base plate and bearings are made of solid aluminium.
The guide bars are chrome‑plated steel tubes.
It has a large carbide cutting wheel with a diameter of 22 mm.
Delivers precise cutting, guaranteed even for the hardest tiles.
The cutting mechanism is mounted on 4 guides for maximum accuracy.
USE: Before starting work, check the condition of the device and its proper operation. Place the device on a clean, solid and stable surface. Position the tile correctly, ensure the wheel runs exactly along where you want to cut. Start the cut from the edge, pressing and pushing the operating handle towards the other end of the cut.
Scoring and snapping are performed in the same operation.
After making a continuous score, secure the tile firmly, align the score under the wheel and break it by pressing the special foot with the handle .
To replace the cutting wheel, use a punch and a hammer. Carefully drive out the wheel axle until it is released. Reassemble in the reverse order of disassembly.
Keep the device clean and in places without excessive humidity.
