Magnetite Filter 3/4 9000 Gauss EvoSanitary®
The EvoSanitary® 3/4" (9000 Gauss) magnetite filter is designed to provide advanced, long-lasting protection for wall-mounted boilers and central heating systems. Installation on the heating circuit return pipe is recommended to capture and isolate suspended impurities, sludge and iron oxide particles (magnetite) before they reach the boiler's heat exchanger or circulation pump. Its compact design and small dimensions allow easy installation even in confined spaces beneath the boiler.
General Features
• High-efficiency filtration with a 9000 Gauss magnet: Uses an extremely strong magnetic field to effectively attract and retain even the finest ferrous particles on the outer wall of the magnet holder, preventing them from recirculating through the system.
• Mechanical impurity separation: Equipped with an integrated filter mesh rated at 800 µm, which traps non-magnetic residues, sand and coarse particles, directing them into the collection bowl.
• Quick purging and draining system: A bottom drain cap allows easy depressurisation and controlled discharge of accumulated sediment into a collection vessel, without fully dismantling the filter for every simple maintenance task.
• Simplified maintenance and easy component access: For thorough cleaning, the outer plastic cap or locking ring nut can be easily unscrewed with a spanner, allowing the magnet to be removed to wipe off ferrous residues and the filter cartridge to be washed directly under running water.
• High operating performance: Handles flow rates up to 4,4 m³/h, operates at a maximum working pressure of 6 bar and withstands heating fluid temperatures up to 90 °C.
