Brand:
Description:
Solar panels used to produce domestic hot water, with a storage tank and evacuated heat-pipe tubes.
Solar energy is absorbed by the absorbing layer of the evacuated tube and transferred to the internal copper heat-pipe. The heat then reaches its upper end, heating the water in the tank.
Advantages:
•Use throughout the entire year, regardless of temperature.
•Unlike non-pressurized panels, these operate at mains pressure without needing a pump or mounting the panel at height.
•Continuous operation even if one or more tubes break. Easy replacement of damaged tubes.
•GUARANTEE 5 YEARS
•AVERAGE SERVICE LIFE 15 YEARS
Technical characteristics:
Storage tank:
•Maximum working pressure: 6 bar
•inner made of SUS304 stainless steel ensuring water quality, sheet thickness 1.2 mm.
•insulating layer of polyurethane foam 50mm thick, which makes temperature losses negligible, even on colder days.
•exterior made, depending on product, of SUS201 stainless steel or steel painted by electrostatic powder coating, resistant to corrosion and environmental factors, sheet thickness 0.4 mm.
•Provided with openings to install a magnesium anode where water hardness is high and an electric heater.
Evacuated tubes:
•Heat-pipe tube material: copper with 99,93% purity soldered with silver alloy
•Casing material: borosilicate glass
•Glass thickness: 1.6 mm
•Hail resistance: diameter 25 mm
•High solar absorption rate 93%,
•Low reflectance 6%
•Loss coefficient 0.06 W/m²
•Distance between tubes 75 mm
•Maximum working pressure: 6 Bari
Dual-system safety valve (included) reacts according to 2 parameters: pressure and temperature.
It is actuated when either a pressure of 6 Bari or a water temperature of 99°C) is reached.
Robust mounting system made of stamped and profiled SUS201 stainless steel.
Accessories included: Mg anode, electric heater, air vent valve, T/P valve and vacuum release valve.
