It should be used in an irrigation system connected to an elevated tank or a small pump that does not provide a very high flow rate; this does not mean it cannot also be used with a tap, a pump, or a motor pump.
For this type of filter, it is recommended to replace it entirely or at least the inner screen when cleaning becomes difficult; failing to replace it can lead to low water flow and even damage the entire irrigation system, causing serious problems for the plants.
