This type of EvoTools® grape crusher is the largest in the range, practical and simple to operate. It is manually driven. Rotating the flywheel actuates the gears that drive the rollers used to crush the grapes. The hopper is finished with electrostatic powder paint and measures 950 x 600mm; it is fitted with a shaft and paddles. The rollers, made of steel and coated with a layer of PTFE, with a length of 280 mm, can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing their gap by millimeters, so you obtain the desired results.
