Description:
Operating principle
Solar energy is absorbed by the absorbing layer of the evacuated tube and transferred to the internal copper heat‑pipe. The heat then reaches its upper end, heating the water in the tank.
Advantages
• Use throughout the year, regardless of temperature.
• The system is pressurized, therefore hot water is supplied under pressure without the need for a pump.
• The tube evacuation technique reduces heat losses and ensures a high heating efficiency.
• Continuous operation even if one or more tubes break. Easy replacement of damaged tubes.
• Provided with openings to mount a magnesium anode when the water has high hardness or an electric heater 3/4" (THESE ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE).
TECHNICAL DATA
Storage tank constructed from:
• inner tank made of SUS304 stainless steel ensuring water quality, sheet thickness 1.2 mm.
• insulating layer of 50 mm polyurethane foam, making temperature losses negligible, even on colder days.
• outer tank made of SUS201 stainless steel resistant to corrosion and environmental factors, sheet thickness 0.4 mm.
Evacuated borosilicate glass tubes with double vacuum walls, manufactured with advanced coating technology.
• High solar absorption rate 93%,
• Low reflectance 6%
• Loss coefficient 0.06 W/m²
• Absorber material AL-N/AL
• High resistance to thermal shocks, high pressures and hail with diameter up to 25 mm.
• Distance between tubes 80 mm
• Maximum working pressure: 6 Bari
Dual-system safety valve, reacts according to 2 parameters: pressure and temperature.
It is actuated when either a pressure of 6 Bari or a water temperature of 99°C) is reached.
Robust mounting system made of stamped and profiled SUS201 stainless steel.
