Description:
The EvoTools® manual crusher-destemmer is a household device used to obtain must. It crushes grapes by means of two aluminum rollers, while separating the berries from the stems with a steel paddle shaft. In the end, the crushed berries fall through the screen openings, while the stems remain inside and are removed through the front discharge.

For smooth and long-lasting operation, clean the equipment after each use. Clean the screen and rollers of residues. Let it dry and lubricate the chain with oil to protect against moisture (vegetable oil).
