Automatic filling valve EvoSanitary® 1/2"
The EvoSanitary® automatic filling valve is a control and safety device designed to be installed between the public cold water supply network and the central heating system. Its main purpose is to provide automatic water replenishment and quickly compensate for losses of heat transfer fluid from the circuit, maintaining a stable, constant operating pressure in the system at all times. The device has a dedicated 1/4" F connection for fitting a pressure gauge, allowing direct pressure monitoring and rapid detection of any pressure drops or leaks in the network.
General features
• Automatic replenishment of heat transfer fluid: Automatically refills the system whenever the pressure falls below the set threshold, preventing operation at unsuitable pressures.
• Easy adjustment and high sensitivity: The operating pressure can be precisely adjusted between 1 and 6 bar simply by turning the adjustment screw, with an operating sensitivity of 0,05 bar.
• Built-in backflow protection: Includes a non-return valve that blocks water from flowing back from the heating system into the public drinking water network, completely eliminating the risk of contamination.
• Integrated filtration: Water entering from the public supply passes through a built-in filter cartridge, trapping solid impurities before they reach the heating circuit or internal control components.
• Integrated manual shut-off valve: Located directly at the base of the valve, it allows the water supply to be fully isolated whenever the system is full or servicing is required.
• Easy cleaning and maintenance: The filter element can be quickly removed by unscrewing the lower nut and easily washed under running water, without the need for chemicals.
• Optimum operating parameters: Withstands a maximum inlet pressure of up to 16 bar and a maximum fluid temperature of 100 °C, and allows a maximum filling flow rate of 1,8 m³/h.
