Mini Magnetite Filter 3/4 7000 Gauss EvoSanitary®
The transparent EvoSanitary® 3/4" mini magnetite filter (7000 Gauss) is a compact, high-performance device designed specifically for the long-term protection of wall-mounted boilers and individual central heating systems. In a heating system, water frequently carries abrasive particles, non-magnetic residues and iron oxides (magnetite or ferrous sludge) caused by corrosion of radiators and pipes. The filter is installed directly on the system's return line, just below the wall-mounted boiler, to trap these impurities before they enter sensitive equipment components (heat exchanger, circulation pump, valves or diverter valves). Its very small dimensions make it ideal for installation in tight spaces and compact service areas beneath the boiler.
General Features
• Dual separation and filtration system: Combines the mechanical action of a steel filter mesh/filter cartridge (800 µm filtration rating) with a powerful 7000 Gauss magnet. Larger impurities and coarse suspended solids collect on the mesh and in the collection bowl, while fine ferrous particles are attracted and held firmly against the magnet's outer surface.
• Transparent housing for visual inspection: The collection bowl is transparent, allowing direct visual monitoring of the dirt load and accumulated deposits without shutting down the system or dismantling components for inspection.
• Integrated isolation valve: A ball valve built into the top of the body allows the filter to be completely isolated from the circuit with a simple turn of the lever before cleaning.
• Quick cleaning and maintenance: After isolating the circuit and allowing the water to cool, the lower plastic housing unscrews easily, the contents and sediment are emptied, and the filter mesh is rinsed directly under running tap water.
• Hydraulic and thermal performance: Handles operating flow rates of up to 4,4 m³/h, a maximum operating pressure of 6 bar and high heating fluid temperatures of up to 90 °C.
