Polyphosphate filtering devices are anti-corrosion units for boilers, water heaters, washing machines and dishwashers. Their operation is based on the automatic, proportional dosing of polyphosphate, enabling them to:
• Prevent calcium carbonate deposits in the installation
• Form a protective anti-corrosion layer on the inner surface of the pipes.
Polyphosphate is a high-molecular polymer that inhibits limescale formation and prevents clogging of pipes and heat exchangers. It prevents dirt build-up in the pipe, protecting all equipment in the installation where it is fitted.
One dose is used to treat 20 m³ of water.
The volume of treated water may vary depending on water hardness.
