The motor is equipped with an overload switch. If the compressor is overloaded, the overload switch automatically shuts the unit down to protect it from overheating. If the overload switch trips, turn off the compressor using the ON/OFF switch and wait until it cools down. Then press the overload switch (16) and restart the compressor.
