Description:
This type of screw is used for fastening metal sheets to the wooden roof structure. It is cold-formed from C1022 steel, white zinc-plated, and fitted with a steel washer and EPDM rubber to prevent water ingress. The head is 8 mm hex for better grip with dedicated wrenches.
The screw has a coarse wood thread and a reduced tip capable of drilling into thin sheets, so the fastening operation does not require pre-drilling and does not damage the wood, allowing the screw to be fully seated.
Maximum thickness of the used sheets/profiles is 3 mm, and the maximum tightening torque is 6.5 Nm
